Palm Treo 650
The treo 650 is to the Sidekick what Prada dress shoes are to Adidas sneakers. Despite that analogy, the Treo will not win points for style compared to many cell phones, though the Treo is well-designed and nice on the eyes. The Treo is a so-called Smartphone and runs an OS for its Palm PDA functionality. Part phone, part PDA and part e-mail and Internet-enabled handheld computer, the 650 comes in slightly different versions for Cingular, Verizon, and Sprint. The best part of the 650 is its keyboard and high-resolution color screen.

Oops, She Did It Again! Britney Spears Gives Birth to Her Second Child!

Britney Spears just gave birth to her second child with husband Kevin "K-Fed" Federline. America's favorite white-trash pop-star and celebrity air-head, Britney, has indeed conceived the inconcieveable. The tabloid press is going to go to town on this news and the timing couldn't be better, what with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes having kept their baby, Suri, out of the media spotlight and even using decoys (until the recent Vanity Fair photo exclusive). TomKat is old news for now. Britney and her budding family are da bomb, at least for the coming week or so. And, anyway, Ms. Spears makes for so much better news copy. The chances of her marriage with Kevin Federline imploding seem so much greater. Plus Brit's willingness to go in front of a camera to breakdown and bare all in tears on national TV make her a much juicier series of stories for the ever-ravenous celebrity press hounds and paparazzi.
